It's a real indictment about pinball in general that Playdium of all places can't keep their machines in good working order. How can any locations do it. Answer: they don't.

I'm encouraged that the rules are solid enough that they're actually included on the playfield. Probably has been baking for a while.
This past year I've learned I like newer games better than older ones and that I don't like to fix old games. So the games I'm looking for are new/unreleased ones.

Stern still makes $5k Pros... no one else even tries for that price point. So, can't really fault stuff being removed. At least its all LEDs now, even with some color changers.
I've really enjoyed my Avengers since I've had it. I'm not getting rid of it. I possibly have had less problems with it than others, and Stern has sent me a kit with some upgraded parts, and then I've modded some other things (Loki inlane plastics). It's a pretty smokin' game now.
