You still pay tax at the border for its value. barter is not an acceptable tax workaround. I would guess they'd ask you the value, and depending on whether they believed you or not they'd accept that answer.

I think this could be a good game, but not a theme that will have me pre-booking. I never thought I'd own an ac/dc, but it proved itself in time, so if I can have ac/dc in my house, I can end up with a car pin, but only if they get it right.

I don't think the software guys are involved with creating new artwork for cabinets and translites.

I worked with an ex-border guard once. He had so many stories. They know they get lied to all day long, and it becomes sport for them to catch people. And they would love to catch people over stuff like wearing new shoes across, let alone a multi-thousand dollar item.

It just doesn't make sense to try a fast one at the border. No one is going to try bringing an MM through for $1k declared value, so really we're talking about shaving $1000 or $2000 off of a game, keeping it kind of realistic. Is the $130 or $260 saved on tax from shaving the declared price...

I've been unplugging my games when not in use just to be safe while I'm still in this house. Haven't seen the power fluctuate in a while, but no guarantees of anything so I'm playing it safe. I've been sick for over a week though so its dampened my play time, no one has seen it yet, but...

What an awful looking wreck, and that appears to be a city street, not a highway. Can just imagine the speed involved. Really sad, but appears reckless and preventable.
