Cause somebody made it, from my understanding the production is similar to that of CPR.

It's less about what people want, and more about what people are willing to color for them.

Someone obviously was willing to color GI, and so here we are.

I've played it a handful of times at Pocketeer in Buffalo. Not enough to get a feel for it, though.
Maybe the GI licensing was reasonable?
