Just saw that a new ROM got posted for DE Star Wars over at http://www.pinballcode.com/. Evidently, this guy dumped and edited the code by himself to improve the game? Wow... That's a serious project. I haven't really played this game much since it was new save for one time at Dave Astill's...

Did you flip the DIP switch that it asks you for? Does it just not let you choose a file off the key? Also, what format did you use-I believe that it needs to be FAT32.

No reason that the ball hangups on the hulk can't get fixed in software. The ball search finds it though, and a future upate could make that start faster. Don't let that stop you from getting the game. I'd honestly be more concerned on whether you like the way it shoots, and whether you think...

Yeah, I don't think the hero modes needed to stack like that-I was fine with 2 shots to start each, and having them chain the way they did, but stacking them with a sinlgle shot just seems to hand out too much. Look at the mode stacking in TZ-at least there it's two shots to light/start...

So the Xm upate is live, and it's definitely different. Only got a couple of games in after people left last night, but so far it seems a LOT easier to start X-Men modes. First game in I went into Magneto with all 8 started, and 1M jackpots. Not sure if this makes the game too easy or not...

Does anyone else here print their own custom cards for their games? My first machine came with custom cards, and I thought it looked neat, so I kept doing it with the rest of my games. Some I grabbed from places like pinside and pinballrebel, and some were just assemblies of stuff from Google...

I still really like the look of the build quality on this game. Beefy rails, boards in the bottom, and I notice that they're using spade connectors on the coils-interesting choice.
