I love my EBD and owned two others before settling on my current one.
Its a deceptively simple looking game, but underestimate it at your own peril.
Its a great player's game from the early SS era and probably one of only two early 80s Ballys I would own; Centaur being the other.

I always remembered it being light hearted and fun. It truly is a neat game that has some simple shots and relatively easy objectives, but throw in proper lightning flippers and make sure it's dialed...

3030 is in my old neighbourhood. Lots of great EMs. Most of them provided by (and usually maintained) by Adrian (AC70), so you know they're in good shape.

So I got a few minutes to work on High Speed the last couple of nights. Here's a list of the tweaks/fixes it needed:

I have always found this to be true.
Whenever a repair a pin, clean it up, or even just set it up after a long time in storage, I always seem to have an awesome game.

Well, I succesfully completed my first true board repair :)
I've done small stuff but never had to diagnose or replace any major issues.
I reassembled my Addams Family on the weekend after months of being folded up with the head removed.

So, I happened to be in NYC today on business and found myself a 10 min walk away from Reciprocal Skate and Pinball (which is featured in the doc).
I guess skaters are a sleepy lot because, to my great disappointment, they were closed when I arrived just after noon :(

Sadly, the GTA is a dismal spot for pinballs in the wild. Hell, we can't even compete with Ottawa and host a real pinball show anymore :FP:
