From the pics I saw, they look pretty damaged. The combination of intense heat and water damage would probably warp the playfields, plastic ramps etc. :(

Stern makes an HDMI output board. My understanding is that it is not available to the general public, but are available from promotional purposes. Probably best to contact them directly.
