There are these little white or biege colored with a black stripe zero ohm jumpers on the aux driver. J1, J2, etc. They look 1/4 watt resistors but are zero ohms. Check each one to see if they have gone open. Had the exact same thing with a Taxi recently. Brent

The ULN2803A can safely handle up to 50 VDC so I wouldn't be too concerned about that. They generally only pop when one (or more) of the switch matrix outputs makes unintentional contact with a Solenoid +V line.

The new lower right coil looks discoloured to me, in an overheated kind of way (top picture). Probably has a winding short.

Hobby Shop ... Piano wire. Comes in 2 - 3 ft lengths, many different diameters. Bring a similar piece with you to gauge it up. Measure, cut & bend it to shape. It's pretty stiff wire, so you might need to bend it in a vice.
