Yeah if anyone has examples of Stern games not working after x number of games, please provide anger the evidence. Otherwise…
I have an example for you. My first Kiss Pro was fresh off route for just over a year. Playfield was so dimpled it literally changed the path of the ball when moving slow, the scoop was so worn it had an almost oval shape to it and the worst was the shooter lane. It was so worn that the ball would roll back into the trough 50% of the time. That was a pain in the ass. I am now on my 3rd Kiss Pro as I had found one with low plays and no decal wrinkles.

I do have one Pro with a high number of plays and many dimples. 99% of the time it's ok, once in a blue moon the ball, if moving slower, will slightly change direction like the playfield isn't level. With that being said it's not something that bothers me tremendously and I play my machines a lot so I assume at some point I'll be the cause of the dimples anyhow. I can understand and respect why people would want games with lower plays, it comes down to personal preference. If I didn't own a JP I'd probably look into this as I've been keeping my eye out for a 6500-7500 priced game that may have been on route or have higher plays to save a few bucks.

The Demo man is almost 30 years old so lots of plays are to be expected. These newer Sterns with lots of plays (with their easily dimpled playfields and cheap hardware used for mechs etc) is concerning!
Yeah, I just got it a couple days ago, got it mostly working (expect for an left flipper EOS error), but I can't complain for what I paid for it I think, found it on facebook as well. I wanted a newer stern but those are just way out of my budget at the moment.

Would someone be so kind as to help me get in touch with a guy in Wasaga Beach that has a Demolition Man listed for sale on Facebook? James Ward is the name on the listing. I don't have Facebook, so seeing some ads is the best I can do. I can't click on them or message him via Facebook Messenger. Hoping someone could relay a phone number to text through or an email address for him. Feel free to PM me if you know how to reach him and I can give you my contact info to pass along. Thanks!

Not mine but a FF pro for 7k is a bargain for sure.
A real “bargain” would already be sold IMHO. The asking price is likely closer to what is reasonable than way cheap. Remember it’s not what the seller thinks is a good price that matters. It’s what buyers are prepared to pay.

Market sucks right now doesn’t it…

Well, to be fair it was posted less than 24 hours ago... But for sure if it was a steal, then yes it would be sold by now.

Kind of why I'd like to trade a pin rather than sell.

It sold yesterday. I don't lurk all the ads, but IIRC it's the lowest Stern Spike 2 machine I've seen in Canada (especially Quebec-Windsor corridor) that wasn't a scam...or a LZ pro. I know that mrmikeman thinks that Stern pro's are lower than dirt dirt, but I thought it was a great deal and I personally don't mind Pro's at all. I wish I could have picked it up and enjoy it for a while. However life sometimes sends you "priorities" to which pins take second stage. Sucks...

On a different note, I 100% agree that the market is tanking...trade rather than sell might be the wave of the future... ;)
