If you can't find one I did a nice detailed write up 14 years ago when I made my own TOTAN sword topper. To this day I still get people sending me private messages on pinside for my write up from members who created their own topper.
With my write up you aren't limited to just using a sword and replicating the topper. I believe another member used 7 treasure chests and 7 diamond paper weights that were available from Dollarama. He lit up each clear diamond a different color instead of the inserts on the sword. I know Dollarama still sells these small treasure chests but haven't seen the diamond paperweights. You could get these from amazon and it looks like it has all the required colors that match the game

It was BallyBoy who made a TOTAN topper with the diamond paper weights and chests. Let me see what I can find and I don't mind making one for your game.
