This is a classic stern Galaxy pinball. It was designed by the legendary Harry Williams. This game is fully working and has just been serviced by an experienced tech. The displays are 100% they are just difficult to photograph. Galaxy has just had all the boards refurbished . The MPU is acid free and has a new lithium coin cell battery installed. The driver board has been recapped along with the sound board. A $250 led kit including Siegecraft LED adapters was just installed along with new translucent silicone rubbers. It also comes with a door lock and factory original schematics.

Notes: 'Galaxy' has computer-controlled general illumination and may be the first pinball machine to have it.

The artist's name is located on the backglass at the bottom end of the center blue galaxy. Artist Bob Timm told us he did both the backglass and playfield for this game while he was at Ad Posters. He said cabinet art was always done at the cabinet maker and, as far as he knew, none of the game artists had anything to do with it.

This game was also manufactured in Australia under license as LAI's 1980 'Galaxy'.
