So these adapters allow you to LED an older bally/stern without any ghosting/flickering correct? If so this is 1/3rd the price of buying the whole upgraded lamp driver board.

yes but only on bally , they are designed to fit over the existing connectors , i just did a firepower with the high quality leds i sell, no ghosting .
