That's gonna be my last statement).Yes, tariffs are applied to pins, what he is saying is there is a way to recover that 25% tariffs from the government since there is no means of getting pinball in Canada to meet the demand.
So yes, they are subject to tariffs, but then the company gets those recovered.
A company saying, we will cover the tariffs under the circumstance above is 100% being shady. Sure you are covering the tariffs for the initial hit, but then you get your money back after filling out some government paper work.
There is no WAY in hell a company could eat 25% cost increase on a product in the 10K range and more without going under fast.
I'm just amazed by the number of false statements and false accusations that become truth just because a few people say so.
