It's fine - pro flow looks like it will good and fun to play.Removed the gong bash toy from the pro.
Meh.
Dune art is very good. This is just ok.The playfield design looks pretty cool, but man, that art package/ children's cartoon style...what were they thinking? Using the original film as the source material/ art style would have been 1000% better. As is, I think they completely destroyed anything cool about the Kong theme. Even Kong Skull Island was a good movie they could have gone with. Dune annihilates this in terms of presentation.
This is where I disagree. I dig it more than the actual film style. I think this pin will be a big hit.The playfield design looks pretty cool, but man, that art package/ children's cartoon style...what were they thinking? Thank you!Pricing stayed the same which is nice.
Gonna have to wait as I don’t want to purchase from the current main distributors (even ones saying we won’t charge tariffs) until Mana Lounge has their contract back.
The fact Nitro posted and turned off comments is very suspicious I gotta say.
Ask anybody in the business, all machines are subject to tariffs since March 4th, no exception, no remission.Thank you!
And they likely turned them off because they don't want anyone to say there's actually a tariff remission program for certain products, which pinball likely falls under (See here: https://www.canada.ca/en/department...n-tariffs-that-apply-on-certain-goods-us.html) and that they're not actually absorbing the costs because margins range from 5-20% depending on the machine and manufacturer (pre-logistics) and it's just not possible, but I could be wrong lol.
Yes, tariffs are applied to pins, what he is saying is there is a way to recover that 25% tariffs from the government since there is no means of getting pinball in Canada to meet the demand.Ask anybody in the business, all machines are subject to tariffs since March 4th, no exception, no remission.
