I am looking forward to no Matthew Broderick or Jeff Goldbloom on a Godzilla pin.
The original was just OK, let's hope they improve and not re skin JP.

Do you think this will be a complete reboot of the theme to make a new game or will it be more or less the original with some better art and callouts, less M Broderick? Both ways would have a lot of potential but I'm personally looking for a brand new version, even though the original is pretty fun to shoot.

Elwin is supposedly a big fan of the Sega game from tournament play, but expect this to be a completely original Toho era Godzilla game. I’m assuming he’ll reference certain things from the old game though, similar to what he did with Jurassic Park… except this should have actual assets from the movies - lol.

I'm hoping that it's going to be the Heisei Era of Godzilla, but would be happy with the Showa era too.

The Sega Godzilla is pretty simple all things considered. There's the 5 different multiballs, and the main goal is to try to stack them all, but beyond that I think that's about it. Not a simple thing to do, and it's popular in the tournament set because I think it's a fairly rare game with a tricky objective, but I'd expect the new one to have some more variety. Still, if the new one has a way to stack 5 multiballs I wouldn't be surprised.

Sane here. Looks fun but I have nothing I can consider letting go of. And now the 9000USD only gets you a prem instead of an LE.
They are testing the market to see if they will still sell as easily.
Yep but still cheaper than JJP. JJP's mid-tier (that they call LE) is 10500$USD.
