I've started a facebook page concerning Stern's lack of customer service and response to code updates. I'm adding a few posts on a weekly basis and pointing them at Stern in hopes enough people like the page and share the small posts that I do to pass the word around.

They probably won't, but it's worth a try. As long as people keep buying new, incomplete games from them, why would they update? Unless it sells someone a new machine, a code update makes them nothing.

At which point Stern will lose a whole WHACKLOAD of the collector market. Gone are the days where Stern doesn't care about the home collector because even Gary now has to admit it's a very large portion of their bottom line.

I don't have a horse in this race because I don't own any new Sterns, but I thought the FB page was very well done. Where Stern has blatantly censored lots of the content that ends up on their own page, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone and is rightfully deserved.
