Hey all,
I am super thrilled to be bringing the FINISHED 'Who Shot Mr. Burns' machine to Ontario Pinfest this year! Technically it debuted there last year, but in a whitewood and unfinished-code state. Code is at v.1.0 now and playing smooth. Looking forward to getting some real pinheads on it, and seeing if anyone can get to wizard mode and solve the mystery!

For anyone at Pinfest - do not leave without trying this out. As far as I am concerned it's a jaw dropping achievement. I dont even know how to replace a fuse, and Marco magiked this out of thin air.

And it comes with a free frogurt. Which is not poisoned. But the toppings may contain Potasium Benzoate.

I've played Who Shot Mr Burns but haven't had a chance to try TSPP yet. I would buy this game if it was commercially available. Between this and how good Winchester is, I'm a little giddy with joy.

And I'm generally a miserable Scottish bastard.

I put more games on this homebrew than any other machine at Pinfest! What an amazing achievement! The game has it all. Great art, great animations, great sound and music, fun layout with unique mechs and code that is fun to shoot! Thank you for bringing this game and letting so many people enjoy it. Thank you for sharing about how you went about building this game. Truely inspirational! For me, this is the highlight of this year's show!

Thanks so much for the kind words, @king_pin, @Ced's Atomic Dustbin - it really means a lot! And also thank you to everyone who came out and played my machine this weekend. I truly had a blast watching (and coaching!) everyone who played. Getting to see real pinheads having a go, having fun, and talking pinball, really encapsulated what's so awesome about this community.

I think I've been convinced to drive the thing out to Chicago in October. I also plan to bring it out to 8-Bit Beans (a great arcade in Whitby) sometime this summer (dates TBA). Hope to get you guys jammin' on it again!!

I really enjoyed playing today. Got deep in code!

What a crazy fun game. Hard to believe it’s completely homebrew!

Congrats on that GC, Mike - gonna be a bit before someone topples it! Awesome to have you play the machine!
Here's a better picture of your achievement - from the display during attract mode (I still have to update that ugly high-score-initials-entry screen!)
