Started going through and making sure everything works for TOPL next week. Whitewater switch issue is repaired, and it looks like one of the flippers on TZ is magnetized. Going to try changing out the coil stop and see if that helps.

Funny how they managed to come up with that latch, but never figure out how to make a transformer with a removable power cord.

I put them in just for the extra insurance-yeah the latch is probably enough, but it'd suck to find out that you were wrong and have the backbox come crashing down and break something. A couple extra minutes for setup/folding isn't that big a deal.

If it was moving the avatars that broke it, I'd much rather have the view first unread post feature work than have the avatars on the left.

Strange that you can't just bend the arms to the right shape, especially if you have the dimensions for it. I don't remember having any problems with those lock switches, but one other thing to check might be whether you have anything else loose on that wireform. I had a problem with my TZ...

I haven't managed to find exactly the same thing anywhere else, but I just went to home depot, got something else with the same thread size, and then a big ass washer to cover the hole. Not ideal, but enough to give it the extra insurance in case the latch fails.
