Not sure if there's any overlap here between pinball and knife people, but I've inherited a knife collection that I'm working on selling a few pieces at a time (down to the last 269!). I've got a gallery up here (Google Photos) that shows what I have left. Prices are all over the map-there are...
For the 17 SW, I thought the multiplier rules got in the way of the game. To do well, you had to pay too much attention to where those were placed rather than just making the shots and making progress. I also thought the "mash the action button to hit tie fighters" feature was dumb, although...
I played a bunch more of this the other night, and I'm still not sure about it. I will say that the Jedi save seems to work better than before-I got a couple of good ones in, and is definitely the coolest thing about the physical package. The fact that the pro is missing this is the one thing...
I got a chance to play this game a couple of times the other night at League (thanks Nick!), and it's still a walking dead. The game shoots pretty much the same as the old game, which is a good thing. As for the look of the game-I like it. Not sure if it was the brighter paint job or better...
It can't possibly be worse. Pokemon isn't a theme that's immediately interesting, but neither was Godzilla. Just not something I have any affinity for. See what the game plays like I suppose? I'm assuming it's the original 151? It'd be funny if each of the LEs were numbered corresponding to...
Congrats on the fix! Never run into that before, but now at least I've seen a reference to it. Thanks for adding the solution to the thread and adding the knowledge to the have in mind.
Wasn't the Nucore project supposed to be a generic PC replacement for the pin2000 games? Or are you just trying to keep the system all original? Not sure if you can replace a pin on a CPU like that-I've never tried.
Accessories are out relatively quickly for this one:

The topper looks OK, if a little sparse compared to BKSOR and Foo Fighters, but I do think the Threepio head...
I didn't know that Spider Mania existed-will have to try that the next time I play a Scared Stiff. Usually I'm just concentrating on getting the multiball extensions, and then into the Scared Stiff mode.
I can't remember-does a colorDMD connect to the original display controller board? That could be the culprit, although not having any sound is also strange. I think that the coin door buttons go from the coin door interface board to the CPU board, so assuming that connector is OK, it could be...
I saw a ST with the UV kit installed for the first time last weekend, and it's one of the coolest effects I've seen in pinball. Way better than what's in the new Metallica. Might take the right room lighting, but the upside down effect on the full playfield is really something.
I'll grab the art blades-I have them in most of the games, and the official ones are good quality (if pricey). Not sure I like the gaps in the topper artwork though, but I would like to see what one looks like in person sometime. I thought they might just do a sentinel topper like the BKSOR or...
I used it for a bit when they had integration with JJP games, but that got pulled out a couple years back and replaced with nothing. If you have the hardware, it seems nice from a tournament perspective, but as a player, it was always a little clunky. You had to scan a code to sign into a...
Looks OK-I'm sure there'll be a good stream of it from the team soon. I'd like to see what code changes they've made, but the playfield looks almost identical. https://www.pinballnews.com/site/2025/11/04/the-walking-dead-remastered-revealed/ has some good details.
It's still got the AMC branding on it, so not sure if they'd go full on comic art, but I'd probably be more interested in that than the amc version. Interested to see what this looks like. I can't imagine changing too much other than getting it on Spike 3. Maybe change up the exit from the...
Honestly, the extras on the prem/LE just aren't worth it for this game. The moving head doesn't do much, and the sentinel hands just cause more drains. You can probably get/print way better toys if you really want to replace those.
Yeah, that's where I'm leaning as well. The jump ramp doesn't add much, so the question is whether the magna save is $2500 cool. I'll have to try out a pro sometime.
I put a couple of games on this last night, and yes, the shots on it are very tight. If your aim is off, lots of shots will brick and you won't make a lot of progress. I didn't actually get the Jedi save to work the way it's supposed to, but it also seems to work to cash in an add a ball in...
