Also they have a 15% payment fee for ANYTHING other than cash. Debit card is not cash. Bank transfer is not cash. Certified cheque is not cash. It's in the fine print. So in the end you have closing price + 18% + 13% HST + 15% payment fee(unless you have a mountain of cash on hand and are local).
