1. Checked all traces...all work for now. 2. Power it up and put the test rom and nothing. 3. Did a memory test...5101 dead. 4.Repleaced a 5101 and it boots. 5. checking all the outputs and found a dead line on pin 14 on the 2101 ram using the scope. Waiting for parts for now

you answered your own question 1.Coil works 2.Connectors work...( grounding the transistor at the drive board Q4 Keep going upstream on the driver board. Could be CR4 diode or u1 3081 or as far back as U2 74l154. But your on the right track.
