Luch called them recently for help with his Monopoly and there was no problem with them spending time on the phone with him diagnosing the issue for such an old game, and they did find the problem for him, so I'm sure they'll be helpful.
I understand the concern that there are no physical objects to interact with (no scoops, targets, drops, ramps, etc) in the bottom 3/4 of the game, but overall this looks cool and I hope it lives up the potential.

Man, there was a time when I literally watched this movie every night while I feel asleep when I was in high school. I feel bad for the teens today, is there anything comparable made?
Visited the house again tonight after topl. second coat is up, they did the corners now. it looks amazing. If they told me they were done I'd believe them, but there's a 3rd coat coming, so it will definitely be fine.
I'll probably hold off posting any more pics till the room is set up.
yes, keeping the tiles. they are fine, no need to pay the money to replace them, and I'm too lazy for carpet. I won't have to sweat the spilled beer and dorito crumbs on the floor :).
If you're willing to ship a game back and forth to Alberta, you may as well consider shipping it to the US for the "real thing" and get HEP to do it. There is paperwork you can get to avoid the HST since the machine is already "here" and is just being sent to the US and back.
Electrician in today, upgrading electrical panel and running new circuits and outlets in the arcade. I'll have 5 15amp circuits available in the arcade, so it will be future proof for a packed room full of pins all being played at the same time :).
After the rollercoaster of Star Trek, I'm not going to judge any game by their pics. So I look forward to playing it when it shows up at Playdium.
I am surprised though, after STLE set a new Stern light show standard, that this game is a step backwards. Technology-wise, it just doesn't seem...
Key in hand, I'm officially a home owner today :)
Contractors start work tomorrow, and I have 1 month overlap before I have to vacate my current rental house.
ACDC seems to be needed in every pin collection, and it seems no matter who's place I visit, we all play ACDC. I own Tron too and am not giving it up though.
On pinside I've read it is "walkable" but you bake in the desert sun so it is kind of brutal. There is public transit so bring change and hop on the bus.
If you are there, I'd go for sure. Might as well.
