TIP Why the 2 minute wait in a private conversation between posts , and allowing anyone to comment in a private PM ?

so if someone PM'S you can respond , then you have to wait 2 minutes to post again ! will take forever to have a conversation ! seems strange

• Allow anyone in the conversation to invite others
• Lock conversation (no responses will be allowed)
