Not sure where you got the idea that they are valued 12-13k. All pins are down. The average price is more 10-10.5k with obvious exceptions for high end restorations.

Really? I know a lot has dropped, but I thought the sought after titles were holding their own. Though, maybe I was thinking 13k because he was putting it up on marketplace, and I told him to expect people to offer under.
It's not a full restore, but it's in really nice shape. I remember being surprised at the shape when he got it, and he's done a lot to it since.
Also, I was posting this here as a favour for a friend and it wasn't showing up in Facebook on a regular search. I don't know why you guys find it worth your time to correct what I thought it is worth. ...but noted, I won't bother sharing anyone else's games here.

Nothing wrong with asking more and negotiating. My comment was more about expectation management for your friend.
