What's the part name for this??

I want to add a new feature on my SWEP1 game but I need the name of this part..... I really can't find it nowhere, could someone please help me?
It's the metal plate which bounces off of it to throw it in the kick out hole, see picture (even if it's not very clear, you can see the metal plate)
or see link which has a clearer picture, the metal plate beside the kick out hole with three screws to hold it on the playfield.

I always hated the way the right saucer deflector on SWEP1 catchs (or might I say, DOES'NT catch) the ball, you have to get it spot on, you can't really aim at it and know it will catch the ball, in other words, it's a stroke of luck and I hate luck in pinball, I rather make a shot with skill and not luck, so I removed that "weird" original ball deflector and replaced it with this (see pic) , works great I finally decided to make it myself, now if I aim well, it gets right in the hole, just like it did on Banzai Run.
