Out of curiosity, what does the "vault" part signify on this game? I read up on what a vault Spiderman means and the slight differences and improvements they made from the originals to the vault ones but I can't find any such references to a vault version of star trek.

The Star Trek vault wasn't that different.

iirc for the Pro the vault edition had full LED lighting where the original still had some incandescent. The backbox might also be the newer metal back style vs full wood of the original.

I think that is about it.
