I kid you not!! I am just getting through a very bad bout of Positional Vertigo...it started on Dec 29th and I finally started to feel like it is behind me this week.

The road to recovery included multiple visits to a vestibular specialist working through excercises at their facility and at home. At first, I could not play pinball, but after the spinning stopped and dizziness kicked in (3rd phase is light headedness) I asked about playing pinball and I got an enthusiastic "YES!" from the Specialist and..."I've never been asked that before!! You have pinball machines in your house?"

I have learned that there is a degree of retraining your brain after a bad (long) bout of vertigo and tracking (a) pinball(s) is good for you. So, I was prescribed to include playing pinball in my daily physio excercises. Hmmmm, maybe I can find a way to write off my pinball machines!?
