It's a really really long long shot. 
In a distant pass I had bought one that was a project game, it did'nt work at all and I did'nt have the ability/knowledge to repair it, so I sold it and passed it on to someone who could do so.....and he did eventually get it to work.
You never know, maybe the same guy will want to sell it to you???
Don't ask me who, I don't remember, it was about 20 years ago.

Yeah it's a very long shot. Some come up from time to time south of the border and get snagged immediately.
