For those who own a machine at home. How often does something happen where you need maintenance on it and how involved on your own do you get. I do not own a physical machine, I do have a VPin. When I go out to an arcade or pinball hall I know these machines are heavily used and abused, but a lot of them have on going issues, such as screens/ LEDs not working. Certain missions not activating when they are suppose to. How often do owner run into issues with normal at home wear and tear??

In 5 years from buying my Pro, it has gone thru 3 nodes and a cpu.
I did also replace some optos that were out.
I look up what is wrong,
Watch a few YouTube videos,
Call in a Pro when it is out of my wheelhouse.
About 50% of my problems have come up on the self audit at start up.
Optos, won't show, a switch needing adjusting, etc.
I started out flipping pins to get to NiB so I can do most things, just some are a pain.
Stern service is pretty good at helping you troubleshoot and get you back up and running.

But always have that service person you can call or take your machine.
