Hi all. I have a GZ Premium. A few hundred plays on the machine. Last night the building lowered as the machine was searching for a ball, as the building started to rise up again, you could hear the motor grinding away but the building was stuck in the lower position. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks in advance, Tim
