You know that will only apply to games coming into Canada after tomorrow (Feb 4th)?
These are still just under $11k after taxes at distros right now. Prices on existing stock will not go up.
For quite some time. BKSoR is a game that doesn't sell. And yes, distros offer trades-ins that offsets taxes.
Started the conversation though didn't it?! The insanity we're facing is what I just did yet I'm focus right now... get it?
This machine has sat for weeks at that price and I jack it up and people get upset... see where this is going?
They only pay attention when it affects them and even though they have no interest in the game, can get it elsewhere cheaper... !
We all have witnessed the cash offers disappear in the last while and it's become mainly trades so at best our values improve and we now have to respect when someone paid extra to get it into the country.
On a separate note... how many of those NIB's will still be there after the cash heavy guys read this post hahaha

Nobody is upset you are rising your prices - in fact I'm pretty sure nobody cares what you do - and that applies to everyone in general. We know who the asshats are in the community. You are coming across as having questionable intelligence and that will hurt your interactions here more than your ridiculous pricing. That's what people are pointing out.

No one is upset. We also don't care what you do with your games. Just trying to help you save face. You do what you see fit with your games.
New games coming to Canada will see Tariffs applied. From the looks of it, not many distros plan on bringing in new stock while tariffs are in place.
That does not mean out prices are instantly going to go up. There are 100s of NIB games sitting at distros and those games will be the same price as they are now after the tariffs come into effect.
They are not going up as you are suggesting.
I appreciate that, Mike, but I think you're still missing the point... the price increase was to start the conversation about where we are.
Some people will get this and some won't but I appreciate your concern and your counsel.
Canada is in trouble and we need to start the hard conversation... even on PinRev!

Going to keep it, I need a grand prize for a fundraiser and I think this has what I'm looking for! Thanks to those who got it, those who tried to help and to those who didn't... the average Canadian spends less than 5 minutes a month talking politics... this was a game you didn't want, couldn't afford or weren't in the market for at all... how long did you spend on it? the old ways of no politics and no religion is how we got here!!!
