The only issue I have with this is that I would want a nice quality playfield if I was going to display it on my wall and spend the money on this kit to light it. That means having a fairly nice and or valuable playfield on the wall, rather than in a game. Seems a waste

Some guys don't even experience it until the game has been on for an hour... but the new ROM is a few bucks and seems to prevent the issue. Easy Peasy

Dave already installed this mod. Sounds like it's working great for him. He may have a later production game with v.8 of the sound code. I ordered the sound ROM but I was having no issues with random callouts last night. I guess it is intermittent?

I think you'll enjoy it. The balrog hits alone are cool. The multi-balls really shake on any jackpot shot. One thing I forgot to mention: Make sure to leave the game on normal boot setting. Do not change your settings to "fast boot". When you change the ROMs the factory defaults will do this...
