That the sight is running a little slow at the moment? Neither!
Don't read into it too much, it's simply a few friends making light of an otherwise silly situation. It's good to laugh off the trivial stuff. ;)
one question though.. why does it matter if it has a DMD? That's a silly way to determine whether a game should be good or not! FWIW, it's only what.. the 3rd DMD game ever made? T2 is pretty shallow too. Those early DMD games are pretty much just System 11 games with a different display
Not sure what's going on right now over at Dreamhost, but it appears that they've "upgraded" something and that always tends to break something on their servers.
I'll move our site to a more reliable host soon enough, but for now Dreamhost will have to do.
Simplistic gameplay aside, it's a "fun" game.
- Cool looking ramps that feed through the backboard AND are a neat, curvy design.
- Great, colourful artwork
- Whacky sounds
- Cool music that is also selectable
- fun toys (albeit, they don't really do anything but they're fun to watch)...
Re: Converting pinball voltage from European to North Americ
I need to know this as well. AFAIK it's just a matter of changing the plug and the line fuse, but I want to be 100% sure.
It'll be interesting to see where they go with this Sigma platform re. pricing. Sounds like they're headed towards you buying the basic unit and then paying for the code for your game, OR living with the unit as-is and going the single colour route. This is really the way it should be, IMO...
Yeah as others have mentioned, it's mostly beneficial for buying from the usual suspects who would otherwise charge absurd amounts for shipping *cough*MARCO*cough*
