I thought the price was pretty darn fair... I keep trying to convince myself to like the LE but I haven't made it there yet. There is one on Pinside with a CPR playfield included and in Ohio... but I believe he wants $2,200 for the machine and playfield, which I think is fairly priced, just out...
I'm guessing you saw this over at pinside... but after a year PPS said they may be getting closer to running these.

I bought one of his Widebody Kits to make my virtual pinball and picked it up from him at the VFW event in Ann Arbor back in May. He's a straight shooter and even after the drive duty and exchange it was still several hundreds of dollars cheaper to buy the kit from him than to buy north of the...
I wouldn't call what I wrote a recommendation, I passed along another option and shared my experience who knows why the communication broke down all I know is that it did. As with anything else you read on a forum, YMMV.
There was one at the Cineplex in Burlington last time I was there. Half the lights were out on it. I did email starburst to tell them about it but that was a couple of months ago now.
Have you been following the custom painted frontier restore over on Pinside? The guy there is making himself some plastics, not perfect but maybe he would make more if you contacted him?
Just read through your Fathom thread there and now realized if you wanted DIY repros you'd likely do it...
I emailed the seller asking the same and the reply wasn't clear. As there are pictures in thinking it may be the owner? And the other stuff posted by the same person looks like stuff he didn't sell at the garage sale.
You could try http://gameroomdesigns.ca/. I exchanged some emails earlier this year with them but the communication broke down... I'm guessing I was asking too many questions as I had a lot :).
In the end I built my own and although I am happy I did it that way I am not sure I would do it...
Whoa... Gotta wonder what else in that cabinet isn't from a Bobby Orr... I'd be interested but no where near the $1,200 asking.
Just looked up the Professional pinball that the back-glass comes from... An eight ball conversion kit apparently. Hadn't heard of it...
If you have strong 3D rendering skills the Virtual Pinball scene would likely embrace you with open arms. there are some pretty awesome things being released for the latest version of Virtual Pinball, Cactus Canyon Continued being one of them. Bart, the train, the mine shaft and beer mug all...
I think it looks like a nice 'players' machine... some wear on the pf, but if you were looking for minty fresh CPR still has some Silver and Bronze playfields left... I believe you can also get cabinet decals for them... now whether you would get another $1,500 +/- out of it after a playfield...
