Does the button pop out? Anything too flexible on there? I don't have a scanner, but that doesn't look like it'd be too hard to model, and I could probably print it fairly quickly. Only concern is how it's held in, and whether the 3d printed part would have enough flex to stay in place...
I had the same conversation with mine. Overall contents is insured at $X, so the pins fall under that. Just make sure you can prove what you owned though, and hope you never have to deal with replacement.
Hey, I got mine too!
Had to mess with the apron to get the overdrive post working properly, but I think everything else is doing what it's supposed to. Have it set right around 6.9/7 degrees. Might mess with it a little more if I don't like the way it plays after settling for a couple of...
Neat! I'm thinking of getting the expression lights when they're available. Yeah, they're expensive, but I think they look neat. Not sure how long it'll be to get them though.
It's critical enough in Dialed In that they included it in the base model, and that one is pretty good. I like the feedback for the phone ringing. I should really get one for my JP.
Sounds like P1 is getting more premiums late next week, or early the week after. Just put down a deposit on one today. White Water is out after 12 years, and Foo Fighters is taking its place. Looking forward to it!
Question-has anyone here gotten P1 to deliver a game? I lost access to the...
General first game advice is to find something working. You could always go with something brand new to start with, but that's an expensive start. Main thing to figure out first is your budget-how much is a midlife crisis worth?
Enjoy the league-how's the scene in Winnipeg?
I can't see a spike 2 upgrade to metallica or GB. If there was a vault release, I'd bet on it being basically the same hardware as before. I believe the IM and SM vaults were still SAM games when we were well into Spike1 era. I'd also assume that as long as the current stuff is selling...
Stern won't cover that under warranty for a NIB game? No way should that fail that soon. If that happened to me, I might try 3d printing my own replacement tip.
The epoxy could also work. Can't really see how you'd be able to do any more damage that way. Worst case is it breaks again...
Got to play an LE last night, and can confirm that the post save is VERY missable. Flow is good though-the upper PF didn't seem to add a whole lot from what I saw in the one game I had on it, but definitely looking forward to playing more of it. No problems with the right side turnaround...
Fair, if it's designed as a skill save as well as a ball save then that's another big difference between the versions. Thought there might be code in there to compensate in case it failed to bounce as designed. If it's the same rules that activate the outlane save on the pro, then that could...
OK, that's what I figured based on the stream, but good to know it flows the same way. Any idea whether the death save post is compensated in the code? I'm assuming that this is just implemented as a ball save on the pro (which I think I hit), so I'd assume that if the outlane save is active...
Stopped by P1 on Friday to try out the new games, and I really like the layout on FF. Only real complaint so far is that the shots that go around that turnaround on the right seem to go way out of control, but that seems like it's just a matter of dialing in the incline on the game. Has anyone...
Just got a set of those, and they work great. The art blades on a couple of my games have gotten gouged a little by raising and lowering the PF, so hopefully these help prevent that in the future.
