Fun pin! On this era of Stern pins, the total plays reset with a code update or is easily zeroed in the settings. It is likely a lower play count if truly HUO, but impossible to confirm actual plays. I simply look at the shooter lane and for any playfield wear. Good luck with the trade or sale.
