My guess would be a belt style arcade lock bar. Wrapped around so it had less chance of tampering while sandwiched between other games. You can see the wear points on the sides of the coin door. My guess the bar either wrapped around, or it was a full face plate like this:

Started a teardown and cleanup of my dads South Park. Basic layout, so it didn't seem daunting, but some of the plastics are multi-level with a ton of pieces going into one small area. Damn my man-hands.

Most Tron machines, especially HUO will cost that without mods. With mods you are likely into the 6K+ range. I know beafraid has one, but his price is higher than what you are looking for. Just sayin...
