That last photo is incredible. You could tell someone it was the engine out of a time machine and they would believe you. So complex, yet so simple. It must have been awesome to design things like this back in the day.

Simple solution and it looks great. I've been thinking of designing something in a 3D editor and printing it out on Shapeways. Currently I'm designing it for my F-14, but if it works I'll try to adapt it for other pins...

This is just plain cool. My only question would be how do you colour match a Sharpie? They come in many colours, but some colours even Sharpie does not make.
Oh man, I must resist... Those F-14 repro's are beautiful! I'm lucky I have no way to rivet the clear plastics back together due to them being those special rivets.
Blues Brothers for me. Some great sound effects and music in that one. This theme might be a bit out of the demographic though. I have a few years on most of the members here. :)

Both. I did not have a permanent rink that I worked at. I started off on Zamboni and then moved to Olympia. Olympia's were cheaper, but more reliable to work with so the City slowly converted over and sold off most of the Zamboni's to High School's.

I've never used CPR in the past but I have browsed their website often. I'm surprised their old system worked for as long as it did. I appreciate the trust factor they had in order commitments from customers, but as a business model the old system is terrible. If CPR had a board of directors...
