it was at the other end of the playfield ... not the one that was not firing ... -sigh- lesson learned..

I want to thank everyone for their help, Sylvain as well as pinball medics ... The root cause was the upper left playfield flipper, one of the top wires that feed the other flipper was not attached. I re-soldered it and the game is running correctly again... Thanks all!

Thank you Sylvain, since there are three left flippers, the cabinet button must be working .. so I will look again at the EOS switch but I did file it just to be sure I seem to have power to the coil so I will try to trace the wire back in case something is loose I suppose

The flipper button moves two of the three flippers on the left side … so it is not the button since one button does all three at once. I think I need to trace the wires and see if something has disconnected and test for continuity

I bought my Tron Pro from P1 a long time ago, they had an ottawa office and I did get support locally without any issue. Bought it via toronto, they shipped it for free to ottawa, they actually delivered it to my door, and I did a playfield replacement under warranty and they came and did it...
