I call BS. A heart attack or myocardial infarction is caused by lack of oxygen to a section of heart muscle typically as a result of a complete blockage of one of the major cardiac arteries. Unless the kid had a preexisting heart condition, it would seem highly unlikely.

As a complete restore you need to break it down to cost of all the components, playfield, plastic sets, decals etc. If this machine is truly new still in the box,which its clearly not, then he may actually not be that far off to the right person. Problem is that finding that "right person"...
