Looks fantastic. Hours of work just to get to the painting part which doesn't take nearly as long I'm sure. Do you take steps when mixing/matching your paint to ensure the final colour — after clear coat is applied — doesn't change (become brighter/darker)? Is this even a consideration?

I want to try the Finitec product as I have seen its fantastic results (in person) as well, and it comes in a semi-gloss which would be my preference for an older game. For my next few playfield clear coats I will end up using both products. It's just a personal preference.

UV activated clear coat pen is an option as well. Simoniz brand is the one I've seen around. You'll want the one that requires a UV light to cure it (as opposed to regular sunlight), and you will need to have a blacklight with which to cure it.
