Recently acquired a POTC. It already has some really nice mods On the cabinet and the playfield. I added a DIY mod with some prefabricated tentacles, that I painted, to give the Kraken a little boost!

Hey, my experience has been to always look for the obvious. Sounds like the ball search would be a trough switch not making contact (need adjusting or replacing). Flippers stopping kind of contradict this issue because it means that the trough switches are registering all balls. So I’m not sure...
