JJP Hobbit is a great game and it's popularity is growing as a desirable JJP title. There is quite a few wanted ads on Pinside for The Hobbit ATM so likely the reason prices are increasing. Awesome game, GLWS.

I have a set of sling and lane plastic protectors in brand new condition with protective film still on pieces. Makes the game look really good and the lower playfield pops with colour. Hard to get blue colour most are clear or yellow. Price: $44 PM me if interested. Thank you.

There is a Stranger Things on Kijiji right now, but think it's a pro version I don't know the game so I am not sure how the game differs between models. Good luck with your search.
