Yes- same as if you drove it over the border. No duty of you provide documentation showing it was made in USA (or if it’s under $150 I believe no documents needed) but you’ll have to pay tax.

Use a shipping service like Shippsy. They give you a US address to deliver to, then bring it over the border so you can either pick it up or for a fee or remail it to you. Easy. FYI @pinballjah can usually get u a discount link/coupon if you happen to use Shippsy.

Yeah that definitely should have been disclosed. Personally, I would try to straighten as much as possible and put them on the back until I could find a suitable replacement.
