I have found that using the ‘other’ categories automatically adds duties/fees regardless of the contents. Maybe just my experience though.

Their categories are stupid. Sometimes I put ‘toys’ if its mods or ‘computer’ if it’s displays etc. If you call or email them they can tell you what works, or they just fix it on their end. I’ve had great luck emailing the Mississauga office, quick replies.

All good advice above. Also make sure to check the fuses with a meter- or replace with new to be sure. Can’t judge by visuals alone.
