Is there a ball through adjustment I can’t seem to find it or do I need to get my eyes checked

yeah that should have a power adjustment. somewhere in the adjustment menu section

I have checked in both game specific and regular menu and nothing

go to menu , then enter adjustments , then to game feature adjustments , on my Jurassic park it was adjustment number 357 through adjustment power , so go backwards with the number count , you'll get there faster

Make sure you're on latest version too, and i believe its in game specific adjustments

I always set mine down to 180 or so, kicks out to the shooter lane fine and doesnt cause as much wear

John Wick's latest code is 0.93. Might want to update and then should be able to find the ball trough adjustment.
