I was thinking about it too at that price. Haha. I'm waiting for the U.S dollar to crash again like it did in the Obama/Biden years... which should happen again soon with Bidenomics.

No Doubt, 2008 crash in Florida was a once in a life time opportunity. I wasn't in a position to buy then unfortunately.. Started a new business that year, (speaking of which, if anyone needs any brick/masonry colour staining done..Let me know. 30 year warranty. We also do interior brick)
Dollar par 1960, 1975, 2008, 2011. Dollar parity will come again, be prepared when it does. It happened twice under OBiden and will happen again.
