Not sure this 100% clears it up, but sounds like it is a 'live' auction.

This is why I completely avoid auction sales. You usually end up paying more than just buying it on the market outright.

17% I think.....plus 3% for credit card.
....and don't forget tax.

3% credit card for sales over $5K.

Add 32.21% for buyers premium and taxes
