Jurassic Park - TRex not aligned

Hi all, I am a happy owner of a Jurassic Park Premium. After powering up last night, I noticed that the TRex head was much lower and the left of the ramp than normal. I thought the machine was just warming up, but once I pressed play, the head went through its left and right sequence, but stayed to the left of the ramp and was not raising above the ramp as usual. Any suggestions are welcome.

Game is new enough, best bet is call Stern. They are typically very helpful over the phone. I don't own the game or know the mechanism well enough to comment, but check out page 59 of the manual online. May be a loose set screw, could be more involved.
