I would expect you are launching an appeal.
And getting on your (former) rep about it.
If claims are unfounded, there may be a need to disciple the other party.
Your already losing potential sales, daily.

We'll still be selling used ones for the time being. Not sure on the trades atm as we have quite a bit of used inventory, but can always shoot me a message and we'll see :)

Yep it's done immense damage, but in all honesty I don't see it changing. They've made their decision and it's not something easy to backtrack on.

sounds like we need to do our part by boycotting any purchases from Nitro all together. you either buy from P1A or best option is to ship it to the border town and pick it up yourself at the border from one of the US distributors. I have bought several from them over the years, it’s easy and often I get a better deal than what can be found here in Canada. Nitro can learn the hard way what competition means after treating Mana so poorly IMO. Nitro has lots of overhead and volume requirements to meet. Let’s see if they can keep pace with no Canadian sales.

If you bring it across the border yourself you WILL be on the hook for the 25% tariff. You may not be able to claim it back unless you are a business.

I just picked up a Wick LE and holy smokes!!!
Fast and fun. Code is apparently being worked on which is somewhat surprising to me since it seems like there’s a lot in there already.
Either way, I HIGHLY recommend grabbing a deal on a Pro, then adding the expression lighting and a Pinwoofer kit.
