I agree that the theme won’t appral greatly to a younger audience but I also think that the vast majority of people the purchase pinball machines are older than 45. I’d also be interested to know how many machine are sold to homes rather than arcades. I suspect it’s the older, wealthier...
I agree to a degree, but I think manufacturers are aware. The was an EM eats quarters compared to a modern stern is no comparison. Games have become more forgiving over the years with ball saves and kick backs etc. Ball times have never been longer than they are now. I suppose somebody needs to...
It’s called Last Level and it is awesome! It’s a small space unfortunately so they can’t add too much but everything they have is in good shape and they maintain it well. Staff is great. The walls and ceilings are plastered with 80s and 90s goodness. There is literally nowhere you can look...
It would’ve been cool to have multiple Shark bash toys so you never knew where it might pop up from. Then have a hurry up mode where you had to get Bruce before he dove back under water
We have a rec room in Barrie. Full of games but only 4 pins. But there is a barcade and a micro brewery up the road that have 7 and 4 pins of their own and better beer.
I’ve been there many times! It’s my favourite spot in town. Even participated in the league they hosted last year. Hoping they bring it back. Was thinking about speaking with them and Flying Monkey (they have 4 machines) about organizing one myself.
Thanks for all your input. I wonder what will happen to the prices of some of these 90s Bally Williams games as they are set to begin remaking some of them soon. I’m really not trying to obtain titles as a means of investment. I just want to play and enjoy as many games as I possibly can and...
Hi All, Happy New Year!
I know this is always subjective and often a point of contention with most, but I’m wondering your opinions.
I entered into the hobby around summer 2022 and while shopping for my first pin I tried to use pinballprices.com and pinside as a point of reference to figure...
I understand the market has softened which is why I’m looking to trade rather than sell. Presumably if pinside says my machine is of equal value as a stern pro model than the fluctuation in the market should have little relevance as I’d think they’d move together. It is a PIN2DMD just to clarify.
According to Pinside it’s worth between $6300-7300 USD with the average sale being around $6800. I know mine isn’t perfect. It has the blemish on the playfield and cabinet. But it also has some extras like cliffys, colour dmd and blade and speaker art and the game plays well. Without really...
